Follow these guidelines to ensure your designs meet our quality standards
File Requirements
- Maximum file size: 10MB
- Recommended: PNG | other accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, HEIC, WEBP, HEIF
- Recommended aspect ratio: 1:1 (square)
- Recommended resolution: 300 DPI
Copyright & Usage Rights
Before uploading any images, please ensure you have the proper rights to use them. You are responsible for all uploaded content and must confirm that:
- You own the copyright or have obtained necessary rights for the images
- You have permission for commercial usage where applicable
- All content follows our Image Guidelines and legal requirements
Digitizing
For embroidery, we are required to convert your logo into a format that the machine can recognize. This process involves testing and time to ensure a high quality result. Due to this, we charge a one-time fee for converting any logo or image.
Important notes about digitizing fees:
- The fee is charged once per unique image, regardless of how many products use that image in your cart
- If you've already paid for digitization of an image for embroidery, you won't need to pay again when using the same image
